DIRECT TO GARMENT and SCREEN PRINTING

For many customers Direct to Garment Printing or DTG is a great way to get full color prints on just a few shirts. The process works much like an traditional inkjet computer printer, but for apparel! DTG or direct to garment printing can print millions of colors like in a color photo directly onto your tshirt. Direct to garment printing uses water based ink on shirts that are at least 80% cotton, which gives a very soft feeling print you are sure to love! Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, specialty products, or for quantities greater than 12 pieces. Screen printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink on the printing surface. Each individual color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look.
